LA NOSTRA STORIA.

19TH OCTOBER 1981 WELCOME NASTER!Our company was born.

JANUARY 1986 NOW WE MAKE IT.After years during which we just sold adhesive tapes, we decided to jump right in. We installed a production system, and got the first acrylic coating machine and the first cutting system running in the historic site of Mornico al Serio (BG).

JANUARY 1996 WE ARE GROWING.We inaugurate the second acrylic coating system and complete the cutting line with three automatic systems and two systems to customise the product.

JANUARY 2001 OK, WE ARE NOT SCARED.In view of the problems posed by the strong competition by Chinese low-cost adhesive tapes and the need to diversify our product line-up, we begin to make protective film.

JANUARY 2006 THE FILM CONTINUES.We step up the production of protective film and put in place our sales organisation and production control.

JANUARY 2011 IT’S TIME TO CUT IT OUT.We decide to upgrade our technological cutting and coating equipment.

JANUARY – FEBRUARY 2013 WE MOVE.We move to a new production site in Martinengo (BG), in Via Tonino da

GENNAIO 1986 ADESSO LO FACCIAMO NOI.Dopo anni nella sola commercializzazione di nastro adesivo, decidiamo di “sporcarci le mani”. Installiamo un impianto di produzione e facciamo entrare in funzione la prima spalmatrice acrilica e il primo impianto di taglio nella sede storica di Mornico al Serio (BG).

GENNAIO 1996 SI CRESCE.Inauguriamo il secondo impianto di spalmatura acrilico e completiamo la linea di taglio con tre impianti automatizzati e due impianti per la personalizzazione del prodotto.

GENNAIO 2001 OK, NON CI FATE PAURA.Viste le problematiche della forte competizione con i prodotti a basso costo cinesi per il nastro adesivo e l’esigenza di diversificare la gamma proposta, iniziamo a produrre film protettivo.

GENNAIO 2006 IL FILM CONTINUA.Potenziamo la produzione di film protettivo e implementiamo l’organizzazione commerciale e di controllo di produzione.

GENNAIO 2011 È ORA DI DARCI UN TAGLIO.Decidiamo di rinnovare l’impianto tecnologico di taglio e di spalmatura.

GENNAIO – FEBBRAIO 2013 SI TRASLOCA.Ci spostiamo in nuovo sito produttivo a Martinengo (Bg), in via Tonino da Lumezzane. Il trasferimento ci permette di ottimizzare lay out produttivi e di stoccaggio, per abbattere in modo importante i costi interni e garantire una flessibilità e servizio superiore. Abbiamo lavorato per aumentare il servizio rapido, con un magazzino di metratura molto più ampia rispetto alla vecchia sede, permettendo così una notevole rapidità di consegna.

MAGGIO 2014 CAMBIAMO LOOK.Decidiamo che è il caso di farci belli, per cui ci dedichiamo alla nuova immagine aziendale affidandoci a professionisti della comunicazione.

2016 MOSTRIAMO I MUSCOLI.Installazione di due impianti di taglio per il film protettivo di ultima generazione, con aumento di circa il 40% di velocità di taglio e abbattimento dei consumi energetici.Installazione di 3 silos da 20 ton l’uno per la gestione degli adesivi e inerente pipe line, sia per il carico, che per la miscelazione in linea del batch finale, prima del processo di spalmatura.Magazzini drive-in e spazi ottimizzati.Capacità di stoccaggio di circa 250 ton. di film polietilene, materia prima e 8 mln. di metri quadrati di semilavorato spalmato come stock per i clienti che programmano semestralmente.Capacità di circa 360 pallet di prodotto finito, di cui metà pronto per il carico.Resinatura di tutta la superficie interna dell’azienda, per migliorare la qualità e la pulizia dell’ambiente lavorativo.

2017 MANTENIAMO GLI STANDARD ALTI.Ristrutturazione della centrale elettrica di media tensione da 200 kW e centrale termica per uffici e produzione, con tecnologia avanzata ad alto efficientamento energetico con l’obiettivo di avere maggiore resa, risparmio economico e consumo inferiore di gas e corrente.Linea di microforatura dei prodotti in fase di spalmatura.

2018 È TEMPO DI NUOVI TRAGUARDI.Obiettivo: 90 mln di mq e un fatturato di circa 13 mln di €.Grazie al lavoro a ciclo continuo e ad una maggiore capacità di stoccaggio della materia prima, siamo sempre più snelli e flessibili nella produzione e nella consegna. Abbracciamo l’industria 4.0 con un nuovo sistema di gestione automatizzato di adesivi, reticolanti, additivi e acqua, ci permette di abbattere gli scarti, garantendo ordine e pulizia negli impianti produttivi.La capacità di stoccaggio degli adesivi è passata da 60 a 120 ton. e una nuova isola robotica di taglio permette di lavorare in maniera totalmente automatizzata.Una nuova camera climatica ci permette di eseguire test sui prodotti simulando condizioni ambientali estreme.Siamo in Amazon con la nostra linea B2C.

We have worked to increase our prompt response service, with a much bigger warehouse than in the earlier premises, allowing much faster deliveries.

MAY 2014 A NEW LOOK.We decide the time has come to work on our company image with the assistance of communication experts.

2016 FLEXING OUR MUSCLES.Installation of two new generation cutting systems for protective film, with an increase in cutting speed of ca 40% and an appreciable reduction in energy consumption.Installation of 3 silos with a capacity of 20 tons to manage our adhesive products and improve the pipe line, in terms of loading and on-line mixing of the final batch, before the coating process.Implementation of drive-in warehouses to optimise the use of space and achieve a storage capacity of about 250 tons of polyethylene film, raw material and 8 million m2 of coated semi-processed product to be completed with the cutting stage, as stocks for customers who plan on a six-month basis. Besides a capacity of ca 360 pallets in the finished product drive-in warehouse, half of them reserved for the storage of materials ready for order dispatching, and the other half to serve as safety stock, for farsighted customers who want to make their plans

with the material ready to be loaded for a no longer waiting time than the transportation lead-time.Resin coating of the entire inner surface of the company, with a double resin pass to improve the quality and cleanliness of the working environment for the Naster team and our organisation.

2017 KEEPING UP OUR HIGH STANDARDS.Restructuring of the 200 kW MV power plant and the thermal plant for the office and production facilities, using advanced technology systems for high energy efficiency, aiming at a higher yield, money savings, reduced gas and electric energy use.Micro-drilling line for products at the coating stage.

2018 IT’S TIME FOR NEW GOALS.Aim: 90 million square meters and a turnover of about 13 million €. TECNOLOGIAE QUALITÀI nostri film protettivi vengono prodotti per mezzo di un moderno e automatizzato impianto di spalmatura che permette la lavorazione in surfing delle masse adesive acriliche, poi dosate con barra Mayer. In questo modo, la spalmatura è sempre brillante e a specchio.Tale processo avviene ad alta velocità (velocità massima 250 metri/minuto) con l’utilizzo di speciali supporti in PO (poliolefine) appositamente estrusi per Naster, per mezzo dei più moderni estrusori di produzione tedesca.Quanto sopra ci permette, in accordo coi principali produttori europei di masse acriliche e granulo in PO, di avere sempre prodotti tecnologicamente più avanzati.

Our protective films are produced by means of a modern, automated coating machine that enables the acrylic adhesive masses to be applied and dosed with a Mayer rod. In this manner, the coating is always glossy and mirror polished.This process takes place at high speed (maximum speed 200-300 m/minute) on special PO (polyolefin) supports, specially extruded for Naster by means of the most advanced German-made extruders.In this manner, working in coordination with the main European manufacturers of acrylic mass and PO granules, we are always able to offer the most technologically advanced products.

CERTIFICATIONSThe certification of our quality management system has been a choice dictated by our company philosophy with a view to having a clearly defined, streamlined and highly flexible organisation, in keeping with the development of the global economy.
