For a long time, we have been able to deliver Cognos portlets (such as the “Viewer” or the “Metrics Watchlist”) directly into the WebSphere portal. With the new Dashboard Accelerator, the WebSphere “design patterns” can now also be driven by Cognos Queries and/or reports – with a XML feed from Cognos updating the Dashboard Accelerator objects.
