Simplified Solid Waste Licence

Recyclable Material and that purchase or pay for all the

materials received at the facility

Licence Appeal Process

Current process:

• Appeal to the Commissioner of the GVS&DD:

non-Board members)

5-Year Licence Term

• Currently no licence term stipulated in Bylaw 181

• Proposed 5-year term would ensure licences can be

updated to current policy and technological environments

• Maximum 5 year term from date of issuance

• 5 year term from date of approval of new Bylaw 181
