Solaris Music Festival is the first of its kind major EDM winter festival in Toronto. Featuring two of the world’s top headlining DJs and taking place at the Direct Energy Centre on December 27th, 2013, Solaris Music Festival is the biggest event of the winter season. Attendance: 10,000+festival attendees. Demographics: All Ages 16 -30, Male/Female 50/50 split.

Media Support

INK Entertainment has developed an integrated media plan combining social media, digital advertising, and print media to support the Solaris Music Festival brand.

-  15’ x 20’ Activation footprint inside the Better Living Centre’s concourse (opportunity for on-site sales and/or brand promotions).

-  20 festival tickets ($2000 value) used for hospitality, contesting or other promotions.

-  Use of festival marks, image, and name. -  Street team access inside/outside of venue. -  Social Media integration with INK digital and social channels. -  Branded content opportunity with Festival Artists set’s (additional

cost to sponsor).

Sponsorship Entitlements

Option A: Event Title Sponsorship: $30,000 (includes brand presence under event logo, on-site activation, category exclusivity, x20 festival tickets, media inclusion, social media integration. Option B: Exclusive Category Sponsor: $15,000, includes on-site activation, category exclusivity, x20 festival tickets, media inclusion, social media integration.
