The Challenge: Being right on the Atlantic Ocean, Seaside Amusements needed a system that would be able to withstand high winds, but also not damage the roof.

The Results:

• Installed in 2006, the system has survived numerous tropical storms and hurricanes, including recent storms, Irene and Sandy

• In the case of one storm, the SolarDock’s additional weight actually prevented serious damage to the roof and building when a portion of the roof came loose.
