•ThisWarrantyisapplicabletotheoriginaldealeronlyinaccordancewiththeWarrantytermsandconditionsspecifiedbelow.ThisWarrantyisnottransferable.

1.Theproduct(watertank,vacuumtubesandframe)hasaone(1)yearstandardwarrantyperiod.ThewarrantystartsfromthedatewhentheuserspurchasetheSOLARTECHSolarWaterHeater.BESTANKwillprovidemaintenance-servicewithintheone(1)yearwarrantyfree-of-chargewithinMetroManila,ifthereisanyqualityissue.

2.Warrantycertificate:IftheSOLARTECHsolarenergyproductshavefaultswithinthewarranty,theusersshouldapplyformaintenancebyproducingthepurchaseinvoiceorpaymentreceiptandproductwarrantycard.Theproducttoberepairedshouldhavethesamenumberastheoneinthewarrantycard(thepurchaseinvoiceandproductwarrantycardshouldcarrythedetailedpurchasedate).Ifthereisnoinvoiceorpaymentreceiptandwarrantycard,theproductnumberwillbeusedtoestimatethewarranty.Iftheproductnumberisalsoabsent,theproductshallbeseenasbeyondwarrantyandnotentitledtofreemaintenanceservice.However,BESTANKshallprovideservice,chargescorrespondingtothemaintenance-chargingstandardspecifiedbySOLARTECHconcerningproductsbeyondwarranty.

3.Thefollowingcasesshouldnotbeincludedinthewarranty:

i. Theproductisdamagedduetothedisassemblybytheusersorunspecifiedserviceunits.ii. Theproductisdamagedduetotheusers’transportation,impropermaintenanceoroperationthatisnotinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheoperationmanual.iii. Theproducttoberepairdoesn’tcarrythesameproductnumberastheoneinthewar-rantycard,orthewarrantycardismodified.iv. Thereisnowarrantycardandpurchaseinvoiceorpaymentreceipt,andnoproductnumber(ortheproductisseenasbeyondwarrantybasedontheproductnumber).v. Theproductisdamagedduetoforcemajeure.

4.Iftheproductsneedtoberepairedbeyondthewarrantyoroutoftherangeofthewarranty,adequatefeewillbechargedfororiginalstandardpartsandrelevantprocessing.

•Staticstabilityoftheroofforassemblyofthesolarwaterheater.

•Accessibilityoftheroofhousingthesolarwaterheaterandsufficientaccessand

freedomofmovementinsafety.

•Fixingqualityofthestructureconnectionsandsupportdevicesofthesolarwaterheater

tothebuildingsupport(loftstructure,flatroofstructure,etc.).

Warning and Preliminary Checks

Onesolarwaterheaterisgenerallyboxed-separately:thewatertank,thefeedingtank,tailstock,

frame&thevacuumtubes.

Beforeassembly,checktheglassvacuumtubesifallareintact.Checkthatthebottomofeachtube

isstillsilver.DONOTremoveorexposethetubestosunlightuntilyouarereadytoinstallthem,

otherwisetheinnertubewillbecomeveryhotquickly.Theouterglasssurfacedoesnotbecomehot

undernormaloperatingconditions.
