El FLEX es un sistema deencofrado horizontal para la realización de losas a lastras, a viguetas prefabricadas, a chorro lleno.Es compuesto por vigas amarillas suportadas por puntales tramite
Los puntales utilizados son los CEP10-20-30. Es posible utilizar también los puntales ALUCP para alturas de descansillo superior a los 6 m. Se trata de un sistema a esquema libre; la malla de utilizar viene establecida en base al espesor de la losa y al caudal de los puntales. La distancia máxima de las vigas de viguería segundaria, en cambio, es de 50 cm. El sistema, según la losa, puede tener una sola o una doble viguería.

It is composed by beams sup-ported by cross-headed props.
It is a free scheme system: the mesh to be used is decided based on the thickness of the slab and the load capacity of the props. On the other side, the maximum distance between the secondary frame beams is 50 cm.

The choice of the correct props depends from the inter-floor height and the load.
CEP 10-250 and CEP 10-300 props equal the A class according to DIN / UNI EN1065.
CEP 10-350 and CEP 10-400 props equal the B class according to DIN / UNI EN1065.
CEP 20 props equal to C and D class ac-cording to DIN / UNI EN1065.
CEP 30 props equal the E class according to DIN / UNI EN1065.
Aluminium ALUCP props can be assem-bled either with the external liner either with the internal tube on the bottom.
It is necessary to assembly the cross-he-ads on the props with the tripods, and then the frame beams.
The planks have to be assembled tran-sversally to the secondary frame beams.
For a safer environment, it is suggested to use a parapet and wood planks.
To disassembly it is necessary to respect the concrete drying timing.
After removing the whole system, the elements need to be stocked on specific stocking pallets.
La elección del puntal es condicionada por la altura del descansillo y por el cargo que tiene que actuar sobre el mismo puntal.
Los puntales CEP10-250 y CEP10-300 corresponden a la clase A según DIN/UNI EN1065.
Los puntales CEP10-350 y CEP10-400 corresponden a la clase B según DIN/UNI EN1065.
Los puntales CEP20 corresponden a la clase C y D según DIN/UNI EN 1065. Los puntales CEP30 corresponden a la clase E según DIN/UNI EN1065.
Los puntales de aluminio ALUCP pueden ser montados con la camisa externa en bajo o con el tubo interno en bajo.
Se montan las cabezas a cruz sobre los puntales con trípodes y luego se montan las vigas de viguería primaria y segundaria sobre las cabeza .
El entablado viene montado en sentido transversal con respeto a las vigas de viguería segundaria.
Para el trabajo en seguridad se monta el parapeto a mordisco y las tablas de madera como protección anti-caída.
Para desencofrar es necesario respetar los tiempos de maturación del hormigonado.
Después de haber removido el entero sistema, los sistemas vienen depositados sobre paletas de almacenaje específicos.

ECO is a horizontal formwork system for slab casting with anticipated removal. The system is composed by H20 beams, TDA drop-heads and intermediate support heads.
Props used are CEP-10/ CEP-20 / CEP-30 and ALUCP.
It is a free scheme system: the mesh to be used is decided based on the thickness of the slab and the load capacity of the props.
The maximum distance among primary frame beams is 200 cm.
The maximum distance among secon-dary frame beams is 50 cm instead.
In both cases the beam’s length used is 2.65 m.
The maximum distance among props is 1m, that’s why intermediate props are used with the support head.

Job-site manager must check the cor-rect functionality and application of the safety parapet and the status of wood and metallic materials, which have to comply to all law requirements in the field of job-site injury prevention.

This part of components is ready to be reused in the next step with a further equipment of props and heads.
The removal can be done only when the curing of the concrete is sufficient, re-specting the legal rules.

The system is composed by framing beams, aluminium panels, drop he-ads or fixed heads and crevice-cover.
Drop-head have a quick-release lo-cking system: the head goes in the prop and get locked. To unlock it it’s enough to unlock the system.
The main advantage compared to standard systems is the need of fewer props, which is a saving time factor for assembly, and an increased ma-nageability due to the lighter weight of its components.

ALUDECK es un sistema de encofrado horizontal para losas en hormigón armado llenas.El sistema es constituido por vigas de viguería, paneles a bastidor en aluminio, cabezas a caída o también cabezas fijas y tapafisura. Las cabezas a caída llevan un sistema de enganche rápido auto bloqueante: se inserta la cabeza en el puntal y, para quitarla, se necesita desbloquear el seguro a salto.La ventaja principal de este sistema, con respeto a los sistemas estándar es el utilizo de una menor cantidad de puntales y, entonces, tiempos reducidos para la realización, más allá que una manejabilidad mayor debida a la ligereza de los componentes.

necessary to start from the corner. Then come the props with heads and the framing beams, and then the modular panels on top.With the compensation elements it’s possible to compensate along the walls or around the pillars.

Using drop-heads it’s possible to di-smantle and remove panels and beams in a short time.
The dismantling takes place according to the slab thickness and the resistance to compression of the concrete. After dismantling, props with drop-head and cleft cover remain installed, while pa-nels and beams are removed.
Panels and beams can be reused af-ter dismantling, in order to reduce the quantity of the equipment.

The UNI EN1065 standard classifies props according to their capacity and sets precise geometric and mechanical specifications relating to the various parts that make up the element. This standard also presents a set of specifica-tions that certify the quality of adjusta-ble, telescopic steel props with covered or uncovered threading designed for use on construction sites.For this purpose, materials, project re-quirements, anti-corrosion protection and checking methods are specified with the use of both calculations and experimental tests.
CEP props comply with European standards - products. These props allow the user to select the type of prop with the appropriate construction and capacity characteristics for the specific requirements of the construction site as well as the guarantee of the class they belong to.Three models of CEP prop are produced:
with variable capacity ranging between 30 and 10 kN (class A-B)
with variable capacity ranging between 35 and 20 kN (classes C-D)
with variable capacity ranging between 40 and 30 kN (classes E)

TAF towers represent an easy and eco-nomic solution for arming works at high altitude. They are easy to assembly and have high mechanical characteristics.
Perfect to realise underpass, pulvinos, viaducts and very thick slabs. Each ele-ment is never heavier than 10 Kg.
Towers are coupled to wooden H20 beams to realise the primary and secon-dary frame. The surface is realised with yellow plywood planks 27mm thick.
This type of tower can reach a max ca-pacity load of 60 kN per rod, meaning 240 kN for the full tower. Este tipo de torre puede soportar un

Le Torri TAF cosituiscono una soluzio-ne semplice ed economica per l’armo di opere in quota. Sono semplici da montare e hanno elevate caratteristi-che meccaniche.Adatta per la realizzazione di sotto-passi, condotte scatolari, pulvini, via-dotti, e solette di grosso spessore. Il peso di ciascun elemento non supera i 10 kg.Le torri sono abbinata alle travi in le-gno H 20 per realizzare l’orditura primaria e secondaria. La superficie controgetto è realizzata con tavaolato giallo multistrato da 27 mm.

There is no need for particular calcu-lations too, as the system has capacity tables in its standard applications.
The frames composing the tower are reinforced by diagonal braces incorpo-rated in it.
Thanks to the pin, the tower is assem-bled exclusively through the insertion in quick sequence of all the components, in a way that all of them are aligned.
The necessary elements to assembly are:1) Tower sub frame 150 x 75 H2) Tower sub frame 150 x 100 H3) Tower diagonal brace 150 x 150 cm4) Tower connector 150 cm5) Adjustable fork for TAF towers6) Adjustable 50 cm base for TAF towers.
The bases and the fork allow the height adjustment up to 70 cm (35 + 35), the connector elements and the diagonal braces limit the eventual rotations due to the loads.

Le strutture di sostegno MULTICOM sono realizzate con elementi standard e risultano in molte situazioni più van-taggiose rispetto ai sistemi tradiziona-li di puntellazione.
Le strutture di sostegno sono state standardizzate per getti con altezze fino a 30 m e possono essere utilizza-te per getti di ponti, viadotti e getti orizzontali in genere.
La semplicità d’uso e di montaggio permette la formazione di strutture di a geometria variabile e getti anche con spessori di soletta rilevanti. Infat-ti le strutture di sostegno MULTICOM con modularità verticale e orizzontale di 50cm (esclusa la regolazione delle basette e delle teste ad albero regola-bile) e con portate variabili da 30kn a 50kn per stelo possono essere confi-gurate in base alle dimesioni del getto e alla geometria della pianta e sono movimentabili con l’ausilio di men-sole rovesce e ruote piroettanti senza essere smontate.E’ inoltre possibile aggiungere scale alla struttura per un accesso agevola-to alla cima.
