INTENDED USE
This device is designed towork onagriculturalmachinery for spraying and cropsprayingapplications.ThemachineisdesignedandbuiltincompliancewithENISO14982standard(Electromagneticcompatibility-Forestryandfarmingmachines),harmonizedwith2014/30/UEDirective.

Allinstallationworksmustbedonewithbatterydisconnected,usingsuitabletoolsandanyindividualprotectionequipmentdeemednecessary.
Positioning
1) Set mounting rail in cabin and fasten it with the relevant screws (1), in a position where VISIO can be easily seen and at hands' reach, but away from any moving organs.2) Secure VISIO to rail and push down until locked in place.3) Fasten wiring so that it does not interfere with any moving parts.

Speedsensorcalibration
VISIOcalculatestheinformationconcerningthespeedthankstopulsesreceivedbythesensorinstalledonthewheel.Toperformcalibration,proceedasfollows:-Measureastraightpathatleast100m(300feet)long.Thelongerthedistancetraveled,themoreaccuratethewheelconstantcalculation.-Takemeasurementswithtyresattheoperatingpressure.Thistestmustbeperformedonmedium-hardterrain;forapplicationtoverysoftorveryhardterrain,rollingdiametermayvary,leadingtoinaccurateoutputcalculation;whenthisisthecase,repeattheprocedure.Duringthetest,coverthedistancewiththetankfilleduptohalfcapacitywithwater.

Automatic calibration
Calculateandsavethewheelconstantaccordingtotheprocedurebelow:
1)Openautomaticcalibrationmenu(Setupmenu>Sensors>Speedsensor>AutoCalibration).
Assoonasmenuisopen,theequipmentisreadytostartmeasuringwithnofurthercontrolsbeingrequired.
Covertherequesteddistance:thenumberofpulseswillincreaseduringthepathandthebottomareawillindicateinstantspeedreading.Stopthetractorattheendofthedistance.
Ifamalfunctionoccurs,themessageCheck sensor!willbeshowninthetoppartofthedisplay.
Press OK tostopthecounting.Thedisplaywillgobacktothepreviousmenuandwillshowtheacquiredvalue.Incaseofmeasurementerrors,orifitisnecessarytostopthecalibration,pressESCfor2secondstoquitthecalibrationprocedurewithoutsaving.Inthiscase,thevaluewillbetheonepreviouslymeasured,orthedefaultvalue.

Manual calibration
Manual calibration allows to enter thewheel constant value calculatedwith thesuitableformula:
Kwheel =distance traveled (cm)
no. of detection points x wheel rpm
<distance traveled> distance expressed in cm covered by thewheel alongmeasurementtravel;
<no.ofmeasurementpoints> numberofmeasurementpoints(e.g.,magnets,bolts,etc.),mountedonwheel;
<no.ofwheel revolutions> number ofwheel revolutions required to travelmeasurementdistance.
Thewheelconstantcanbecalculatedwithagoodapproximationbydetectingthedistancetraveledbythewheelwiththespeedsensor.

1. ARAGs.r.l.guaranteesthisapparatusforaperiodof360days(1year)fromthedateofsaletotheclientuser(dateofthegoodsdeliverynote).Thecomponentsoftheapparatus,thatintheunappealableopinionofARAGarefaultyduetoanoriginaldefectinthematerialorproductionprocess,willberepairedorreplacedfreeofchargeatthenearestAssistanceCenteroperatingatthemomenttherequestforinterventionismade.Thefollowingcostsareexcluded:
- disassemblyandreassemblyoftheapparatusfromtheoriginalsystem;- transportoftheapparatustotheAssistanceCenter.2. Thefollowingarenotcoveredbytheguarantee:- damagecausedbytransport(scratches,dentsandsimilar);- damageduetoincorrectinstallationortofaultsoriginatingfrominsufficientor
inadequatecharacteristicsoftheelectricalsystem,ortoalterationsresultingfromenvironmental,climaticorotherconditions;
- damageduetotheuseofunsuitablechemicalproducts,forspraying,watering,weedkillingoranyothercroptreatment,thatmaydamagetheapparatus;
- malfunctioningcausedbynegligence,mishandling,lackofknowhow,repairsormodificationscarriedoutbyunauthorizedpersonnel;
- incorrectinstallationandregulation;- damageormalfunctioncausedbythelackofordinarymaintenance,suchascleaning
offilters,nozzles,etc.;- anythingthatcanbeconsideredtobenormalwearandtear.3. Repairingtheapparatuswillbecarriedoutwithintimelimitscompatiblewiththe
organizationalneedsoftheAssistanceCenter.Noguaranteeconditionswillberecognizedforthoseunitsorcomponentsthathavenotbeenpreviouslywashedandcleanedtoremoveresidueoftheproductsused;
4. Repairscarriedoutunderguaranteeareguaranteedforoneyear(360days)fromthereplacementorrepairdate.
5. ARAGwillnotrecognizeanyfurtherexpressedorintendedguarantees,apartfromthoselistedhere.NorepresentativeorretailerisauthorizedtotakeonanyotherresponsibilityrelativetoARAGproducts.Theperiodoftheguaranteesrecognizedbylaw,includingthecommercialguaranteesandallowancesforspecialpurposesarelimited,inlengthoftime,tothevaliditiesgivenhere.InnocasewillARAGrecognizelossofprofits,eitherdirect,indirect,specialorsubsequenttoanydamage.
6. ThepartsreplacedunderguaranteeremainthepropertyofARAG.7. Allsafetyinformationpresentinthesalesdocumentsregardinglimitsinuse,
