Who is the SBPR?

• SBPR was formed in 1986

• It is a Brazilian scientific organization of professionals who develop activities in radiation safety.

• Number of members- near 300 members from all scientific and technical areas related to radiation protection applied on medicine, industry , environmental and research

• And is member of the Iberian and Latin American

IRPA is an association of 17,000 individuals joining through 48

national societies in 60 countries worlwide.If you are a member

of an Associate Society, you are a member of IRPA.

four pillars of the global organisation of radiation protection:
