Asking Others to Play

I like to play.

But playing by myself is lonely.

So sometimes I like to play with other kids.

Asking other kids to play makes me nervous.

When asking someone to play I go up to a friendly face and ask “Do you want to play with

me?”

If they say “yes” then we can being playing.

But sometimes they won’t be able to play.

So if they say “no” it’s okay!

I can always ask someone else to play!
