Why not?
• It is not what it is all about
• It won’t solve any problem on its own
• It is not the GOAL
And yet...
And yet we use it. Intensively.
It is not the goal, but it is a very efficient method to deal with what is really important.

It’s The Customer, Stupid!
What really matters is that we make our customers happy and enthousiast.
All the rest is either helping (yay!)
or obstructing (boo!)
Focus on what you want to achieve, THEN figure out the best method.
Our members don’t need to adapt to our methods.
We need to adapt our methods
to them.

Nope, neither do we. We just see the words Social and Media.
A medium to be social.
Social
There is a conversation going on. Don’t try to lead it. You are just one participant.
Be humble and willing to learn.

There is no secret.
There is no hidden secret super way.
Simply care.

Our members are enthousiast brand-ambassadors who will recommend and defend us.

Three in four don’t.
About 1 in 6 of our customers follow us on Twitter.
About 5 in 6 don’t.
So...
So how do we keep those three in four and five in six happy?
By engaging them the way THEY want to be engaged.
And guess what
Members consume both offline and online.
