If you wish to cancel over December/January we require notice by the 1st November. - Please send through any content ideas by the 10th of the month for the upcoming month, otherwise, we will go ahead with our ideas. - Content is sent through for approval before the month begins, if we do not hear back from you, we assume all is ok and will go ahead. One round of edits is included in your package, after which you will be charged R550 p/h. Changes sent after the 1st of the month will be charged at R550 p/h. - Should you request an extra post we will add R 475 to your next invoice. Please note that all extra posts require 24 hours to complete. - Quarterly meetings are included in your package if you would like monthly meetings, please factor in an additional R550 p/m. - We check your pages and the WhatsApp group over the weekends but only urgent matters will be attended to, otherwise, we will get back to you on Monday. - Invoices are generated on the 1st of the month and must be paid by the 5th of the same month.
