Invited Speaker presentation at the Australian Higher Educational Industrial Association (AHEIA) conference in Sydney, 17 May 2013. This audience consisted mainly of HR managers in higher education organisations, so I aimed to show the rise of the networked academic and the advantages of networked practices by employees, and ask them if/how the organisation's policies enable or support those networked practitioners.
