Why SIMP

To give the public a better understanding on social indicators for each

area and how to understand, use and interact on that basis.

To give the best independent and same baseline for all

projects/programs based on what local people need or community needs

To contribute organizations, companies and institutions in and outside

Greenland to gain best possible insight and overview for taking decisions

or establishing programs - on a informed basis

There is a need for more horizontal interactive independent information

cross diciplines and mindsets for the benefit of greenlandic inhabitants

based on their social indicators

The social indicators are the backbone and the caracteristic of each

greenlandic society and needs to be adressed – First hand.
