Care instructions
Soak your dentures regularly Dentures that are not kept moist run the risk of losing their shape. When you are not wearing your partial, soak them in an ADA-approved cleaning solution or just plain, room-temperature water. Avoid using hot water as it may cause your denture to warp.
Clean your dentures often Brush your dentures daily to remove food and plaque build-up and to prevent the teeth from staining. It is best to use a soft-bristled toothbrush or a brush designed for denture cleaning. Avoid brushing with toothpaste as many are too abrasive for denture materials.
Caring for your mouth and gums Brush your teeth, gums, tongue and palate daily before wearing your dentures.
Handle with care While partials made from Ultaire® AKP are designed to be durable, accidental mistreatment may cause your denture to break. Attempting to adjust or repair a broken denture on your own may cause harm.
If your partial no longer fits properly, breaks, cracks, or if one of the teeth becomes loose,
consult with your dentist immediately.
