All groups (10 or more participants) must be scheduled and approved by the event coordinator. A 25 percent deposit is required at least two weeks in advance to secure a date.Groups are scheduled on a first come, first served basis, so reserving a date early is recommended.

The facility fee acts as a deposit and is required to secure a date. The fee must be accompanied by a signed agreement two weeks prior to the party.

Individual activity fee is paid on the day of the party determined by the number of guests in attendance.

BROWN ROOM UPPER LODGE

A $50 deposit is required to secure a date for the Brown Room and must be accompanied by a signed agreement 30 days prior to the event.

• ENTIRE UPPER LEVEL• SIX HOURS*

A $100 deposit is required to secure a date for the Upper Lodge and must be accompanied by a signed agreement 30 days prior to the event.

*Includes an extra hour both prior to and following the event for setup and tear-down.


Extra tables and chairs are available for an additional cost, see page 10 for pricing information. All Liberty University departments must submit a requisition to make payments using the department’s budget. No P-Cards will be accepted. Facility rental pricing for departments does not include tubing, skiing, or snowboarding, but discounts are available upon request. All Liberty University groups must be scheduled by the event coordinator.

À La Carte items are only available for special events (see pages 6-7) and department facility rental (see page 9). If extra setup is needed the night before, additional fees will be applied.

All pricing is subject to change based upon individual customer needs.

For all group activities, parties, or special events at the LMSC, a deposit is required to secure pricing and to reserve the date and time.

Deposits may be made over the phone but must be followed up by an appointment with the event coordinator.

The maximum capacity of the upper level is 100 guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Facility fee payment is due at least one week prior to a party or special event.

If inclement weather is predicted for the day of your event, you may call the LMSC the day of your party to cancel and then email the event coordinator to reschedule your party.
