COVER STORY“Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering proudly presents before you our MBA batch 2010-12. The present day companies got to be globally efficient and competitive and they do it through integrating activities and coordinating resources across national borders. The role of being a global manager gets highlighted in such a scenario. Global managers see the world not just as a collection of national marketplaces, but also as a source of scarce information, knowledge, and expertise—the key resources required in the development and diffusion of innovation worldwide. Our batch of 2010-2012 can be regarded as a group of talented individuals who possess the capabilities for becoming a global manager as well as blend themselves along with the organizational norms and hierarchy in the most effective way. Before you can hire them, before you can steal them away from someone else, before you can tempt them with exciting challenges and enticing compensation packages, you have to find them. The recruit-ment manual of 2012 brings before you our capable management students along with their competencies, skills and talents. This manual serves as a route map that guides you towards the right candidate amongst our equally capable students.
