Datacenters (HQ, HC and Barwa) servers and network monitoring and reporting system now in place, providing Infrastructure team with a better view of what is happening on PHCC servers and network as well as Health Centers’ servers and network.

Email and SMS notifications sent to relevant ICT personnel.

FM200 installed at Barwa DC. Barwa DC works done, UPS/Cooling system IDUs and ODUs placed, waiting for

the testing phase. Barwa Power: Tender committee to decide granted bidder by 30th January.

Cerner CIS:

Cabling and Wiring for all HCs as a part of fulfilling Cerner requirements:Site surveys done for:

• Al-Daayen• Al-Gharrafa• Al-Shahania

HCs requirements collected during the visits to be quoted for. SLAs and Contract finalized with Qtel for CIS hosting and connectivity (PROD, DR,

COMMS)

Qmatic:

Al-Rayyan HC went live: Smoother flow of patients. Higher productivity achieved. Patients' satisfaction witnessed - a Newspaper report was published in

the widely spread Arab Newspaper dated 17th January.

Mesaimeer HC: Installations almost done. Training planned for next Sunday. HC goes live first week of February.
