HELIA SMOKER can be deployed anywhere, even without a chimney connection. You just need a simple power connection to start...

The benefits in comparison to other smoking procedures

Fish and meat are not cooked through the direct heat of the wood fire or through infra-red radiation, but rather through the heated air inside the pressure chamber.

The door seal means that little smoke and moisture can escape. The food’s own juices are retained.

The air-tight welded appliance interior does not let in oxygen (no ventilation), meaning that taste is not transferred from fish to meat or onto other products.

Healthy and pollutant-free smoke, as no open flame is ge nerated in the oxygen-free interior through smouldering smoke meal. In this way, no hazardous flammable substances or soot is released, but only the pure filtered smoke.

The filter smoke tends to settle on the interior walls of the appliance once the timer period has expired. This smoke layer must not be cleaned using chemical agents; wipe out the oven as required. Proceed according to the motto: “The blacker the oven, the better the smoky taste”. (This is completely hygienic, as it is pure filtered smoke). Food juices and residues are caught in the drip tray).
