● CoordinatingwithoutsidecatererstoprovidesupportforReunioneventsTheSmithFundstaffTheSmithFundstaffworksyear‐roundonbuildingsupportfortheannualgivingprogram.EachclasshasadesignatedstaffpersonwhoworksdirectlywithSmithFundvolunteersinadvancingtheirclass’sfund‐raisinggoals.AmemberofTheSmithFundofficeassistsFundTeamCoordinators,ClassFundAgents,andSpecialGiftChairsinsolicitingclassmatesfortheirannualgifts,screeningclassmatesformajorgiftprospects,settingclassgoalsandprovidingapersonalconnectionandoutreachtoclassmateswhilepromotingthecollege’scaseforsupport.BygivingtoTheSmithFund,allclassmatescanhonortheirReunionwhetherornottheycanreturntocampusfortheirReunion.ReunionStudentAmbassadorsAllclassesareassigned2‐5studentambassadorswhoarecarefullyselectedforthesehighlycompetitivepositions.Theyareavailabletohelpinwhateverwaysareneeded,suchasassistingwithheadquarterssetup,assistingwithmealcheck‐ins,andguidingalumnaethroughReunionprograms.Ambassadorsattendallclassdinnersasguestsoftheclass.
