    Minutes of the 1st day

    I. Welcome from PROMPT

    PROMPT welcomed all partners to the meeting.II. Partners presented on their individual organisations:

    1. PROMPT 2 separate companies PROMPT-H: security & IT / PROMPT-G: Education Qualified as an exam number for a number of qualifications.

    2. DEIS Presentation: The inclusion of DEIS was based upon SMELearning. Maria noted that it was important to have 3rd level representation and theoretical

    knowledge. Maria also stressed importance of international exposure. (Pierfranco mentioned as

    representation for this)3. CAPDM Presentation

    Asset repository development Help produce & deliver successful programmes of education.Rich information & its use in education Multi-channel XML -> single source, multiple delivery/ channels.

    PROMPT presented an overview of the Transfer of Innovation project framework. Thiswas followed by some discussion on the nature of the programme.1.     3. Presentation on Tenegen:PROMPT presented on the aims and objectives of the Tenegen project. Finished 2years ago, still running.Online competencies training program for teachers to help develop e-learningcompetencies

    There followed a series of presentations & discussions on the various Work Packagesin the project.There followed a discussion on the Project Management Handbook & the financialrules of the programme:- Travel & subsistence discuss outside

    - All finance info on SME2 portal- Timesheets (Automatic Excel file) are required must be signed by person (they

    will need originals) & director (authority)- Can travel to countries in the program (not just the project).- Subsistence rates to be applied is the one from the destination country where

    the cost is incurred.- Indirect costs max 7% for total amount of eligible costs- First 40% transferred- Second 40% after interim (15/10/2012)- Third 20% after final report (30/09/2013)Exchange rates apply the buying ex rate valid at the Coordinating institutions bank

    branch on the day when the prefinancing, installment transferred by the NA iscredited on the coordinating institutions back account (Budapest Bank).There followed a discussion on the Suggested Portal Name & discussion of the logo.

    7. CAPDM Presentationn:Single source multi-publishingBooks, Documents, Database, Journals (Legacy Learning Material)->Capture author publish deliver ->Ebooks, Web, CD/DVD, books (Managed Learning Materials)This also results in a repository of standards based materials.

    CAPDM presented on a swim course from a previous project.

    Decisions of the 1st day

    I. Dissemination methods1. We will use the methods of TENEGEN: it had up to 60 dissemination events/ activities.2. Dissemination form will be on the portal. (SME2 Dissemination plan).

    3. The newsletter can also be created through template available on the site. Upload to filemanager publish in March 2012.4. Agreed to add SME 2 news to partner sites.II. Methods for collaborationThe partners will not send e-mail-s, they will collaborate online instead throughplatform!

    Evaluation of the WPs/Results are available on the SME2 portal.Agreed to create collaborative questionnaire people can add to and comment on.

    19. November

    The aim of the second day is to start WP2 activities and prepare for WP3:

    1. To define the target group again, more exactly!2. To plan the activities, tasks of WP2 (needs-analysis)3. To discuss all tasks related to the planed results

    On the second day we except heavy collaboration and discussions along the presentations ofthe WP leaders and collaborating partners.

    Minutes of the 2nd day

    1. Discussion on how to adapt the SMELearning project to SME2DEIS presented on the SMELearning questionnaire.

    2. UWH Presented on the Questionnaire:UWH presented on methodology of the survey.Systematic sampling, stratified sampling to gather info from group representative of entiregroup. Convienience sampling involves deawing sample for population close at hand.

    3. Working methods of organizing the questionnaire and processing the results:A discussion followed on how to develop the questionnaire (& the rest of WP2).

    4. AICA presented on how to involve existing EU dimensionsPF presented on e-competence frameworks.Be sure to define which learning outcomes in the framework are related to knowledge, skills orattitudes.

    5. CAPDM presented on WP8 evaluationCAPDM demonstrated the evaluation reports which have to be filled out.Maria noted that the templates to be found on folders on the portal.The consortium discussed the next meeting date Ireland, 17-18 May 2012

    Maria Discussed WP2 & results which should arise from this.Then WP3 was discussed. Tengen curriculum was discussed .

    Maria demonstrated competency framework for Tengen & noted similar approach will be takenfor SME2.Question arose RE: who will developed material (UWH in collaboration with all partners).Maria asked a question RE: skills vs competencies to PF.A discussion of WP3 followed.

    Decision of the 2nd day

    A discussion followed regarding the Questionnaire, it was agreed that: AGREED TO BE TASK BASED QUESTIONNAIRE MAX 30 QUESTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE TO BE VERY TASK BASED, ESSENTIALLY A COMPETENCE CATALOGUE SURVEY ENDS END OF APRIL NEEDS ANALYSIS should follow 1 month later

    1. WP2 Systems Analysis and Design of the Transfer of Innovation, needs-analysisConcept of involving the target groups

    A discussion followed on the involvement of the target audience, with regard to thequestionnaire.Targeted would mainly be SMEs with less than 10 people (micro-enterprises).Maria suggested target groups = SME2 (particularly micro-enterprises).We focus on managers, as opposed to trainees.Target group: employees and managers of SMEs all types!

    Reasons: for about 90% of the European SMEs belong to the size: 1-20 employees. Thesurvey has to contain questions of the categories.Countries involved into the needs-analysis: Hungary, Italy, Ireland, UK.The target group of the questionnaire survey was agreed to be the organisation, as opposed tothe individual after discussion between Ismal & Pierfranco.Translation issues: it was agree that there would be 3 languages to measure their ICT
