1. We will see rapid emergence of smart connected devices1
from 2011.
2. Emergence of smart connected devices will reshape delivery of eServices (B2B, B2C, C2C, B2G, G2B, G2G, G2C, E2E, etc) from 2013 (Probability of 0.7).
3. We will have more than One (1) Trillion connected devices on the global Telecom network by 2020 (Probability of 0.75).

1. Today we have more than Five (5) Billion cell phones on the global telecom infrastructure.
2. Around 2015, we will have more than Seven (7) Billion mobile phones (Probability of 0.8).
3. Mobility will be the primary driver of eCommerce and eServices by 2015 (Probability of 0.75).
