Our coffee breaks include three different components and can be expanded on request. Seasonal
contents are included as standard. The different components vary depending on the weekday.
For conferences with up to 30 people we are happy to provide a fully automatic coffee maker for the

The selection of dishes varies with the seasons – for example, summer features a barbecue in our
historic courtyard overlooking the façades of nearby Böttcherstrasse. Our chef de cuisine selects the
individual components. The following buffets can also be booked for an additional charge.

If the gastronomic consumption (food and drink during the event) is below the specified minimum sales amount
per room, we will charge the difference as room preparation costs. Technology may be rented externally and charged
separately if required.
* If the Roof Lounge is booked for an event with music provided by a band or a DJ, the booking party agrees to
reserve 10 rooms at a special rate of " 100 per room per night at the ATLANTIC Grand Hotel Bremen (regardless of
whether they are used or not). The rate includes breakfast and city tax (VAT) and applies either for single rooms or
double rooms. The rooms will be reserved under the Roof Lounge.
