LIGHTING SYSTEM

1. Presence Dependent Control – energy efficient, lights off when rooms are vacant.

2. Presence Simulation – lights switch on/off as if we’re home on holiday.

3. Evacuation Assist – automatically illuminating the exit path in the event of a fire.

4. Light Scenes – when we are watching movies, relaxing or just woke up.5. Central Control – turn off every light with the touch of a single button.

6. Panic Button – when things go bump in the night, one touch illuminates every room.

7. Timer Switch/Light Sensor – set light profile for certain times of the day/automatically on when dark.

8. Light Sensor – automatically off the lights linked to automated blinds that open to allow natural light in.

FIRE ALARM & SECURITY SYSTEM

1. Smoke Detectors – alarms are automatically triggered when it detect smoke.

2. KNX Flat Panel PC – enable us to monitor the surrounding of our house.
