My goals was…

I chose this goal because I play baseball and am very athletic and wanted to increase my overall speed and become more fit

Steps I took to accomplish:

Ran frequently

Set certain times to try and make each week to slowly progress towards my ultimate goal

Tracked some of my results

Dedicated myself to accomplish my goal

Made sure I set a certain time each day to run (if I couldn’t for some reason at my specific time, I would try to find different time)

Tracked times I ran the mile each week (every week out of 8 I would run just a mile)

Most days I ran I would run more than a mile to increase stamina

Dedicated my body and my mind (ate healthier foods to help me)

Some times I would be busy and/or wanted to do other things

Wanted to achieve 6:30 minute mile and I reached 6:45 after my 8 weeks

Continuing to run still and after my 8 weeks I have achieved my goal!!!

Some weeks better than others (some weeks busier than others)

After my 4th week and I went back up in time I pushed myself harder

I will set more goals like this one and work hard to accomplish it!
