MAPPING

Page 14: SMART CITY PLAN & PROPOSAL SMART CITY MISSION : MISSION TRANSFORM-NATION DHARAMSHALA.

Base Map with all relevant systems and networks as they exist today.

Base Map showing physical, administrative and other characteristics (Natural features, Heritage areas, Areas prone to Flooding, Slums etc.,)

Base plan shows the context in location of the city, within a radius about 25 km, from the centre of the city.

It should contain spatial and physical layout / Morphology, Street Network, Open & green spaces, Geographical features and land marks and infrastructure (incl. Transportation, Water Supply, Sewerage, Electricity Distribution)

Based on Smart City Features, and Self Assessment form, the City may choose their needs in smart city.

The selection of smart city will not be judged on current performance, but rather on demonstration of a thorough understanding of the existing conditions in the city and a proposal that responds to those conditions in optimum time period.
