(A) P22 rat sarcoma growing in a dorsal skin flap window chamber. Image was obtained using multiphoton fluorecence microscopy following i.v. administration of 70 kDa FITC- dextran. High spatial resolution is obtained and repeat imaging is possible. (B) Fluorescently labelled leukocytes can be used to assess rolling, adhesions and transmigration in post-capillary venules for the mouse cremaster muscle.
