Enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner or lunch prepared by local celebrity chef Ralph Skripek where

all ingredients will be fresh from farms around Derbyshire. We not only want you to have a fantastic time, but we also want

Roast Parsnip and Butternut Squash Soup (v)A creamy home made roast parsnip and butternut squash soup

with fresh chives and a dusting of Parmesan cheese, served with artisan bread

OrSmoked Mackerel Pate

Quenelles of home made creamy light smoked mackerel pate with a hint of horseradish and lemon, served with a crème fraîche cucumber dill sauce, crispy croutes and tossed leaves

MainLocal Derbyshire Farmed Turkey

Traditional curls of roast turkey, served with rosemary roast potatoes, terrine of sage stuffing and sausage meat and finished with a rich gravy stock sauce

OrFillet of Bass

Fillet of bass pan fried in Derbyshire rapeseed oil and dill, finished on creamed kale and leeks surrounded with a clear lentil stock sauce

OrGoats Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Tartlet (v)

A home made individual tart with goats cheese, sun dried tomato and basil, finished on creamed mushrooms and kale, surrounded with a clear lentil stock sauce

A rich brandy, port and rum Christmas pudding, drizzled with Baileys and caramel sauce, topped with brandy snap pieces
