Thank you for purchasing the sliding glass wall. This manual provides all the necessary information to quickly become familiar with the product. We kindly ask you to read this information carefully before working with the product. This manual is intended for the end user and the installer.

The assembly of the product is described in two chapters:1. Preparations for assembly (page 3)2. Assembly (page 8)

This is the original manual. Keep this manual carefully!

Product descriptionThe sliding glass wall may only be used for sheltering people or goods from the side under a canopy. Any use, other than defined here, is seen as unintended use. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any (consequential) damage caused by unintended, improper or unwise use.

Tools required- Stanley knife or scissors- Drill (4 mm)- Hacksaw- Cartridge gun with silicone sealant- Pencil- Hammer- Dowels- Acrow props (2x)- Spirit level

and use of the product. Improper assembly or improper use may cause damage to, or a defect in, the product. The warranty is void if the product is damaged through improper assembly or use.

• Observe local laws and regulations when assembling and/or using the product.

• The glass sliding wall is always delivered oversize and must be made to measure on site.

Please note!• Fixing materials are not included, these must be

purchased separately.• All screws should be carefully tightened with

a torque of 1.0 Nm.• Contact your supplier if a part is missing or damaged.

Maintenance, environment and disposal• Clean the product every 6 months to ensure a longer

product life.

Unpack the product. Please note! The number of parts may differ compared with the illustration. This manual shows the situation for a glass sliding wall, consisting of four glass doors.

Measure up the lengths A (height), B (width), C (glass width) and D (diagonal).

Cut the two post profiles to length A (height) - 50 mm.

Cut the top rail to length B (width).

B - 40 mm

Cut the bottom rail to length B (width)- 40 mm.

C - 24 mm

Cut all glass supports to length C (glass width) - 24 mm.

Push the brushes into the top rail and into the post profiles.

Insert the wheel runners into all glass supports. Use two wheel runners per glass support. Fixing materials are unnecessary because the wheel runners clamp into the glass supports.

Place the wheel runners at a distance of 5 cm from the end of the glass supports.

Apply a thin layer of sealant to all glass supports (A).

Push the glass supports at the centre of the glass panel.

Position the end caps onto the ends of all glass supports. If necessary: centre the glass support onto the glass door.

Insert the rubber seals into the glass supports so as to clamp the glass panels in the correct position. Carefully put the glass doors to one side until the sealant is dry.

Drill Ø 4 mm holes into the flat topside of the top rail. In the first and last track, the holes must be drilled staggered with respect to each other. Drill the holes 25 mm from the end and subsequently holes every 1000 mm.

Apply sealant to the flat top edge of the top rail.

Place the top rail and clamp it using Acrow props (3). Please note! When assembling under a veranda gutter: Place the top rail against the gutter clip and fasten the top rail with screws. Please note! Never screw into the bottom of the gutter!

For assembly under a GIGA gutter: Fasten the top rail as indicated above. You can also do this when mounting the rail under an architectural structure or timber canopy.

Apply sealant to the flat back edge of the post profiles.

Place the post profiles.

Remove the Acrow props once the top rail is secured and is supported by the post profiles.

Apply sealant to the flat bottom edge of the bottom rail.

Place the bottom rail. Please note! Make sure that the base is perfectly level.

Drill horizontal drainage holes Ø 4 mm in the outer three bottom rails. Drill the first holes at 10 cm from the edge and subsequently distribute the holes at 75 to 100 cm apart. Please note! Do not drill through the innermost rail, otherwise the water will flow inside.

Place the first glass sliding door into the top rail at an angle.

Carefully place the bottom of the glass sliding door onto the bottom rail. Please note! Use the same track at the top and bottom of the rail profile. (A)

Fasten the stainless steel grips in all glass panels using sealant.Allow the grip handles to dry for 24 hours before use.

Make sure there is a cut-out between the post profiles and provide a hole for the drainage.

Place the two end pieces, with end caps, into the cut-out.

Apply sealant to the flat bottom edge of the bottom rail.

Place the bottom rail into the cut-out and place the short drainage piece on top of the drainage hole.
