CO-DESIGNSAMR is the only one company able to propose a complete study ranging from a tender specifi cation to the manufacture of series, through the delivery of prototypes helping to tune an validate the fi nal reliability of the new machine.

Step 1 - Tender specifi cation with the customerEstablishment of the context, determination of data entry and output, plan, every specifi cation needed by the two parties, clarifi cation.

Step 2 - Go-No Go: Study of FeasibilityStudy and fi rst calculation. This step has to validate, or not, the possibility of going on with the project.

Step 3 - Calculation – Design - Confi guration sizingPass the fi rst step, calculation of the working parameters (clearance, oil fl ow, temperatures …), defi nition of geometries, materials.

Step 4 - Drawing - Process - MethodWith parameters established, drawings translate the technological constraints and prepare the manufacturing of prototypes.

Step 5 - Supply of PrototypeManufacturing and delivery of prototypes.

Step 6 - MountingSAMR proposes to support its customers by mounting, checking, adjust prototypes.

Step 7 - Dismounting and expertize (according to tries) After tests on customer machine, prototype are dismounted and expertized.

Step 8 - Results – Adjustments After the expertize some modifi cation can be done if necessary. In this case, back to step 4.

Step 9 - Manufacturing of seriesOnce testing is completed, SAMR manufacture series of parts.

Step 10 - Technical Follow-upFor these projects, SAMR supports its customers over the long term and can assist them on the following of their machines.
