The User Name: text box is where you will type in your logon ID.

Typically your logon ID is your agency email address. It is important that you log into STAC every 30 days. This will keep you from being deactivated

in the STAC system.

The Reset Password Screen will let you reset your password.

1. Type in your logon ID

2. Select the Reset Password Button

3. A new temporary password will be sent to you email box

4. You will use this temporary password to create a new password in STAC
