In regular monthly meeting, as one agenda item taking no more than 10 minutes, the manager should….

1. Passes out a copy of the documented Priority Outcome Action Plan to everyone

2. Asks the Team, “Did we do what we said we were going to do?”

4. Then the Team should make any necessary adjustments to the action plan.
