HANDLES Exterior

NL1 Universal Non-locking exterior door handle. Features a chrome finish, 5/16” shaft (.3125) and 1 ¾”bolt hole spacing.

L1 Universal Locking exterior door handle. Features achrome finish, 5/16” (.3125) shaft, 1 3/4” bolt hole spacing and two keys.

PLZN Padlock locking exterior door handle. Features a 5/16” shaft and hole for padlock. Zinc finish. Same as 5655ZN handle.

L1.5 Locking exterior door handle with 1 1/2” bolt hole spacing. Features a chrome finish, 5/16” shaft and two keys.

Fits a number of old tractors.

DHG1 Gasket. Exterior gasket for NL1 and L1 exterior handles.

354-I Inside door handle. Features chrome finish and Allen locking screw. Fits all 5/16” (.3125) shafts.

74-I Inside door handle. Features chrome finish, Allenlocking screw and large curved design for better grip when pulling the door shut. Fits all 5/16” (.3125) shafts. Replaces CASE #E83236.

200-I Inside handle. Features chrome finish, Allen locking screw and compact design. Small inside handle is perfect for windows, hatches, panels or half-doors. It's 3 1/2” long so a little small for a full-sized door. Fits all 5/16” (.3125) shafts.

D88773 Inside door handle. Fits CASE brand doors that use the D88773 inside handle. Accepts a 5/16” square shaft outer handle. NSN 2540-01-319-7893.No longer in production so we are one of the few companies that have them.

CAB LATCHES – Part 1

55-LH Cab Latch. The 55 cab latch is the most common latch used. Case dimensions are roughly 2”x3 3/8”. Zinc finish. Left hand shown.

55-RH Cab Latch. The 55 cab latch is the most common latch used. Case dimensions are roughly 2”x3 3/8”. Zinc finish. Right hand shown.


58-LH Cab Latch. The 58 cab latch is identical to the 55, except you need an inside handle. This gives the 58 more versatility. It can also be used without an inside handle as a panel latch. Case dimensions are roughly 2”x3 3/8”. Zinc finish. Left hand shown.

58-RH Cab Latch. The 58 cab latch is identical to the 55, except you need an inside handle. Replaces

55A-LH Cab Latch. The 55A cab latch is the larger version of the 55. Case dimensions are roughly 2 3/8”x4 3/8”. Zinc finish. Left hand shown.

58-CASE Cab Latch. This 58-CASE cab latch replaces CASE part number F98122 and F89710.I have also used it to replace CASE part number F93107. Latch does not have the welded on nuts.

Dimensions are roughly 2”x3 3/8”. Zinc finish.



9015 Paddle Handle latch. Features a key lock and inside knob with override feature. Has four mounting holes. Case dimensions are roughly 3 5/8”x4 3/4”. Polished stainless steel.


4901 Paddle Handle Latch. Features a key lock and inside knob. Case dimensions are roughly 4 1/4”x5 1/2”. Unpolished stainless steel. Rubber gasket available.


I-4901 Paddle Handle Latch. Features a key lock and inside override knob. Case dimensions are roughly 4 1/4”x5 1/2”. Zinc finish. Rubber gasket available.


G-4901 Gasket. Rubber gasket to fit the 4901 and I-4901 paddle handles. JLG part number 91474417.

STR-1 Strike plate. Two position strike plate offers greater safety cab latches and paddle latches. (Not for rotary latches.) Has slotted holes for adjustment.

10646-16 Striker bolt. Approved striker bolt for 11442-16LH, 11443-16RH, R55002 and R55003 latches.



CAB DOOR REPAIR KITS

Repair your existing door or use to build your own doorsLHKIT-LOCKING Cab Door Repair Kit. You get one (1) 55LH cab latch, one (1) locking door handle with keys, one (1) rubber gasket for the door handle and one (1) striker plate.

Door handle is for 1 3/4" hole to hole spacing. The striker plate can be bolted on (bolts not included) or welded on.

This size latch and handle was used on many brands of machines, like CASE, IH, ASV, HOOD, etc. They were also used on most of the aftermarket brand cabs.


RHKIT-LOCKING Cab Door Repair Kit. Same as above but with a RH latch.

LHKIT-NON LOCKING Cab Door Repair Kit. Same as above but with a non-locking handle and a LH latch.

RHKIT-NON LOCKING Cab Door Repair Kit.Same as above but with a non-locking handle and a RH latch.



HINGES & HOLDERS

150G 150mm weld-on hinge with grease zerk.

35SS Stainless steel cane bolt. Can be used for left or right side mounting. Perfect for holding doors, panels or windows. Base is 3.5” long.

5602.5ZN Heavy duty door holder. Spring loaded, all metal door holder with grease zerk. For holding doors open against the side of the cab.


PDH-S Steel door stop/holder. Comes with both pieces and the rubber insert. Silver in color. Has less holding power than the 5602 holder. Similar to factoryCase holder.

RDS-238 Rubber door stop. 2 3/8” long with 3/8” stud. Comes with nut and washer.


MISCELLANEOUS

13X5SS Polished stainless steel grab handle. Perfect for cab door or wall post. 1/2” diameter by 13.25” long. Has 4 mounting holes. It's nice!


MCR Switch mounting cup. Allows you to install a switch into the dash with access to the wiring. Makes putting a switch into a dash panel easy work.

WIPER MOTORS - 1

Universal 2-Speed 12 Volt Wiper Motor

Marine grade 12 volt 2-speed wiper motor features an adjustable wipe angle and will park to the right or left. Wiper switches available on the switch page. Uses 1/2” drum arms. This wiper motor was usedon a wide variety of OEM equipment and aftermarket cabs. It also replaces WEXCO and AFI wiper motors. This is a “famous maker” wiper motor we purchased directly from the factory to save you money! Comes with complete instructions.

12/24 Volt Bracket Style Wiper Motor Kit

12 or 24 volt, 2-speed coast-to-park wiper motor. Comes with wiper motor, bracket, 1.125” drive arm, 3.38” drive link, (2) clips and (2) washers. Instructions for installation and wiring are included. Wipe angle is adjustable using the different holes in your pivot shaft (70°-110°). Other arms and links are also available for altering the wipe angle.

LIGHTS & SWITCHES

LED1224 12 volt/24 volt LED flood light. Heavy duty aluminum body with stainless mounting hardware. Light is 4”x4” with 16 LED's, 48 watts and a 60 degree flood pattern. Mounting area needed is 5”x6”.

This light will work on 12 or 24 volt systems.

311-2 Round wiper switch. For one or two 12 volt or 24 volt wiper motors. Includes washer position.

Wiring information in Data section.

RS1 Lighted Rocker Switch. For one or two 12 volt or24 volt wiper motors. For 24 volt you must use a 600 ohm resistor to keep the internal LED light from burning out.


WS1 Lighted Washer Switch. For 12 volt or 24 volt washer pumps. For 24 volt you must use a 600 ohm resistor to keep the internal LED light from burning out.


WMS Wiper motor switch. This 2-speed switch attaches directly to your Wexco, AFI or Slayer Brothers wiper motor. For 12 or 24 volt motors. (Wiper motor not included)



RADIOS HOUSINGS & FANS

76SRH Radio Housing. This roof mounted housing comes complete with heavy duty speakers for industrial use. Perfect for tractor, dozer or any heavy equipment cab. Just add your own radio and external antenna. Accepts DIN style radios (without knobs).

77SRH Radio Housing. Roof mounted or under dash housing holds 2-shaft and DIN radios or can be used to house a CB radio.

DOOR MOLDING

ST-5/8 Straight bulb seal with 5/8” diameter bulb. Fits 12-16 gauge panel or lip. This is the most common size of bulb seal used to seal doors and panels requiring a straight seal.

90-5/8 90° bulb seal with 5/8” diameter bulb. Fits 12-16 gauge panel or lip. This is the most common size of bulb seal used to seal doors and panels requiring a 90° seal.

WINDOW MOLDING

AS987 Window Rubber. For mounting 1/4” safety glass or polycarbonate into cab skin. Fits skin thickness of 12-16 gauge.
