This will normally entail the daily organising of a planned repair schedule to include reactive repairs, maintenance schedules, renovation and refurbishment works as well as planned construction projects.I have the practical aptitude to carry out physical inspections, fault find and to provide analytical reports highlighting defects as well as supplying an effective remedy/solution compliant with requisite building legislation and codes of practice. Through knowledge acquired over many years professionally I am able to prioritise and facilitate an effective daily or long term schedule of works through my own volition or in tandem with other agencies/persons. I have the ability to oversee and organise projects/program of works, whilst keeping within the demands and ethos of organisational as well as operational procedures.I am confident to monitor and liaise with operatives, consultants as well as both corporate and constituent bodies ensuring all works are compliant with Health and Safety policies as well as the attainment of requisite standards of workmanship and contractual agreements/obligations.I have also obtained through years of hands on experience a conversant and practical understanding of building trades and how they work and operate in accordance to building regulations/laws and operational procedures.I am competent in undertaking risk assessments and compiling method statements that are in tandem with mandatory statutes as well as procedures ensuring the delivery of a positive health and safety environment.
