SkyLIGHT Appliance 300 Series

Skylight Appliance 300 Series are dedicated hardware platforms that can be ordered with the SkyLIGHT virtual machines pre-installed—simplifying deployment, while ensuring a balance of performance, expandability, reliability, and manageability. To minimize system downtime, all models of the appliance feature one CPU heat sink with five hot-swappable cooling fans with smart fan control, and dual SSDs in RAID1. Additional hot swap power supplies are also available as an option for unparalleled availability. An Intel i350 four port Gigabit card performs hardware time stamping and is compatible with the latest virtualization technologies—making it a perfect candidate for use as a VCX Performance Monitoring Actuator. A dedicated Gigabit Ethernet management port provides easy access for the user interfaces and the managed elements.
