    The installation of SKY-SAP is progressed as follows:

    1. Insert a CD of the SKY-SAP program into a CD-ROM drive.

    2. Execute Setup.exe of the CD-ROM drive.

    3. A dialog box to designate a folder for the installation of the files appears. A user can

    install SKY-SAP in the designated default folder or designate your own folder by use

    of the button,Find(R

    4. Once SKY-SAP is completely installed in the folder designated by a user, a dialog box

    informing installation completed appears.

    in the Start menu. The saved SKY-SAP can be executed by use of Windows

    explorer or by use of the Start menu.

    The method of using Windows explorer is to find the folder in which SKY-SAP is installed

    in the Windows explorer and double-click the file of SKY-SAP.exe in the folder. The

    method of using the Start menu is to click the Start button on the task bar of Windows

    95/98/2000/NT/XP, select the Program menu, and then, click SKY-SAP in the group

    menu of SKY

    force. The set values are design code, display unit, and reinforcement bar.

    KCI-USD03 (Build), KCI-USD03, KCI-USD99 (Build), KCI-USD99, ACI318-05,

    - dB : Enter the distance from the bottom edge to the center of the reinforcement

    bar for each edge.

    - Enter the data of the stirrup reinforcement bar

    - Size: Select the size of the stirrup reinforcement bar

    - Spacing: Enter the space for the stirrup reinforcement bars

    - Enter the data of FRP sheet strengthening. A total of 3 types can be entered. By

    use of the button of Select Sheet, it is possible to automatically enter thickness,

    strength, allowable strain, and reduction factor.

    - Location: Enter the location to strengthen. The locations of (T) and (B) are for

    bending strengthening, and (S) is for shear strengthening.

    - Width: Enter the width to strengthen

    - Thick: Enter the thickness of the FRP sheet strengthening

    - Strength: Enter the strength of the FRP sheet strengthening

    - Allowable Strain: Enter the allowable strain

    - Reduction Factor: Enter the reduction factor of the FRP sheet strengthening

    - It is possible to enter the physical properties of FRP. It automatically calculates the

    physical properties and the reduction factor of FRP.

    - Product : Select the type of product, sheet or plate, and then, select the product

    - Line : Enter the quantity of plate strengthening

    - Result: It automatically calculates thickness, strengthen, allowable strain, and

    reduction factor of the FRP sheet strengthening based on the selected data.
