Quality Control

Sinerga has always given priority to quality management: the production and packaging of any type of cosmetic and medical device satisfy the most severe GMP, ensuring the highest quality to our products.

The Quality Management System implemented provides the maximum traceability of processes in order to achieve full customer satisfaction and be more competitive at an international level.

Quality control is therefore responsible for monitoring the entire production cycle: it deals with sampling and controls of incoming materials, it verifies the compliance of the semi-finished products and carries on “In-Process” Controls and compliance tests on the finished products.

The Sinerga Trends Lab is a laboratory of consumers trend forecasting developed in collaboration with IULM University of Milan. It monitors and analyses the main socio-cultural trends inside different fields of everyday culture such as art, architecture, music, literature, media, fashion, beauty, design. The main objective is to provide creative insights for the development of innovative cosmetic ingredients and finished formulations able to answer and even anticipate the latest market needs.
