Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment should commence at your booking start time. If late you may have the treatment cut short but still be charged for the full treatment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment I would be grateful if you can let me know 48 hours in advance.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice 50% of the appointment cost will be added to your next appointment and a no-show will be charged in full.

A deposit will be required for any treatments over £50 or 2 hours in length.
