Located on the Palm Village Retirement Community campus, our Health Care Center provides person-centered care and rehabilitation. The team is kind, compassionate, and highly-trained. We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation for our residents, and we also accept referrals directly from doctors and hospitals, including weekend and evening admits with prior notice. We are Medicare and Medi-Cal certified, and offer assistance with healthcare insurance coverage.

Our licensed 120-bed skilled nursing health care center is recognized for outstanding nursing care and rehabilitation successes. Individuals admitted to the Health Care Center benefit from the care and services at Palm Village, and avoid preventable readmissions to the hospital.

Palm Village Rehabilitation Center is committed to helping each person achieve maximum independence after treatment. Our goal is to improve mobility, strength, functional ability, and optimal quality of life.

We place the resident’s needs at the center of all decisions. The Licensed Rehabilitation Therapy staff works as a team with the Licensed Nursing staff to offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy.

Clients of the Rehab Center are well served in our spacious therapy room with state-of-the-art equipment, and a staff who is educated to administer the latest treatment techniques. Therapy services are provided for residents on campus – in all levels of care – and on an outpatient basis.
