Finishing course forstudentsWe know that most course curricula today do not equip the stu-dents with the knowledge required for satisfactory performance intheir professions. Thus, fresh graduates joining their first job requireextensive training and in some cases get highly stressed and there-fore de-motivated thereby severely impairing their performance.

Course objective:Goal of this course designed for students that can be done along

with usual studies is to enhance skills and understanding of thebearing and various machineries in which it works. Also an un-derstanding of maintenance practices in industry and learn fromexperts.

Among the many advantages that the students stand to gain, some are: Getting up to date with latest condition monitoring methods like

    vibration analysis

Reliability maintenance and bearing technology No need to join any external courses or training institutes Getting better equipped to deliver productively in all their future

endeavors Getting the advantage of cutting-edge knowledge over their

Training need analysisHighest skills improvement opportunity for staff

Training Needs Analysis (TNA): The shift to a fully integrated, reliability and risk-based asset management strategy starts witha good initial understanding of where your staff are today andwhere your staff need to be to attain optimum plant performance.

The TNA enables this crucial understanding, combining our expe-rience in training and knowledge of maintenance and reliability. The goal is to provide useful and meaningful information to helpyou focus on improvements for plant performance.

TNA is conducted with individuals or a group of your staff fromthe following work areas:

    Managers Maintenance Reliability Engineering

    Superintendents / Supervi-

sors Mechanical maintenance Electrical maintenance Planning and stores

    Engineers Mechanical Electrical

    Reliability Condition monitoring Application
