With a production of around 45 million tons of coconuts annually, the coconut palm is one of the major crops.

Oil palm trees annual production isabout 35 million tons per year.

Annual harvest of about 21 million tons of cereal straw.(Of which 11 million tons of wheat straw)

Brazil annully produces approxi-mately 16 billion liters of ethanol.

Every year over 850 million tons of corn is harvested worldwide.

Approximately 54.1 million tons of rapeseed is annually produced.

The worldwide use of grain in biofuels isapproximately 125 million tons.

Wood is one of the most important biomass energy sources.

Worldwide, a total of 24.6 million tonsCotton is produced.

For thousands of years man has been burning wood as a form of energy. Wood pellets are the modern form of wood heating which arguably has more potential to cut CO² emissions than any other source of renewable energy currently available.

By using a sustainable, carbon neutral source of fuel such as biomass wood pellets in the generation of electricity and heat energy, we can drastically cut our CO² emissions and save money.

Q and P Serie

The single shaft shredder of Q and P series are used in crafts and industries of the wood processing industry to ensure sound treatment of waste wood and many other materials. The machines were developed for strong stresses and reliability in continuous operation. Each machine is custom designed for material throughput and particle size.

K, H and S Series

For the granulator series different rotor designs are available with working widths of 500-1400 mm. The grinding chamber made in a welded steel construction combined with the V-shaped arrangement rotor blades allow universal use of these machines. The cleverly designed machine is ideal for easy accessibility for maintenance.

Briquetting and Pelletizing

U and V Series

Crushmaster briquetting systems process residual wood at a constantly high level of quality and density – from the finest wood dust through wood shavings and sawdust up to coarse wood chips. In addition to wood, a variety of residual organic materials such as miscanthus, straw and cotton can be pressed into handy briquettes of various sizes without the need of additional binders, provided the water content is under 15 percent.

X Series

The wood pellet mill with a single-motor V-belt driving system features ideal transmission, increased drive torque and steady running. Die available in a variety of thickness and hole diameter ranging from 6 MM to 12 MM. Intelligent feeding by an advanced frequency drive-conversion motor, equipped with an overload protection device and magnetic separation.
