Itinerary
June 2, 2016
• 8:00-8:30 am
• Baggage check and loading
• 8:45am
• Leave Lance on Lamer’s coach bus
We will be showing
a “G” or
designated “PG”
rated movie while
traveling.
Approximately 11:30am
Arrive at Cave of the Mounds
Groups will rotate through the
following programs:
• Mini Cave Course
• Cave tour
• Cave Miner Package
• Lunch
3:30pm Load busses for trip
to Kalahari
After arrival at the Kalahari
• 5:00pm Ice Breaker activity
• 5:35pm Pizza dinner
• Approximately 6:35-6:45pm Check in
• 6:45-10:30pm Supervised activities
• Gift shop/Tour Hotel
• Water park
• Game room
•10:45-11:00 Quiet time in rooms
•11:00 Room checks and Lights out
Friday June 3, 2016
• 7:30 am pack and
room checks
• 8:00 Load busses
and travel to the Paul
Bunyan restaurant
• 8:30-9:45 Breakfast
9:45 Load busses to travel to
the Original Wisconsin Ducks
10:00 Board the Ducks for an
exciting ride!
Homeward Bound
• 11:30 Load busses for travel home
• 1:30-2:15 Lunch stop
• 3:58 Arrive back at Lance

Trip Fundraisers • Butter Braids
• Money raised from Butter Braids sales will be directly applied to student account
• No refunds will be given for money raised from fundraising
• Funds raised beyond cost of trip will be applied to general trip fund

Student Criteria
• Students may not have more than one grade of “F”, quarters 1,2,3, or mid-term of 4
• Students must follow all school rules. • If a student receives ISS (full day or half day) more than once
for any reason, he or she will no longer be able to participate in the field trip.
• Any student receiving OSS will not be allowed to participate in the trip
• Students must comply with all rules as stated in “Guidelines for Students”
Parent/Student
Contract • I understand
• A 100% refund minus the $75.00 “Hold my spot” fee will be given until May 1st
• No refunds will be given after May 1st
• There is no refund, at any time, of money credited for fundraising
• All payments must be made according to specified dates
• Parent chaperones will be chosen by lottery
• All parent chaperones must comply with “Guidelines for Chaperones”
• No student or chaperone may leave from his/her group at any part of this trip

Sweatshirt Design Contest
• Design must be submitted on an 81/2 x 11 sheet of paper
• Only one color may be used on design
• All designs should be submitted by October 19, 2015

All forms and payment should be returned in the provided envelope.
Please make sure it is sealed. The student’s name and House
name should be printed on the front. Envelopes should be turned
into the Wisconsin Dells basket in the main office.
