Ask your builder for the budget and you can make an adjustment to the home plan. Once you have the budget, select the material you want. Finally, sign the agreement.

5. Start Building

First, you need to approve the plan by The Housing and Community Development Division. Now the builder will start building your home.

6. Move In And Enjoy

This is the time to inspect every inch of the house and ask if you have any question. Once you are satisfied get your key and enjoy your stay in your dream home.
