WHEN WE INNOVATED ?Thermal Insulating Perlite Plaster: Sıvaper®

EXPANDED PERLITE

Perlite has the attribute of tightness against sound and heat as well and melt down at 1300 degree. Along with the ability to be porous and lightweight, it enters into the formulas of “coating” agents used to cover external facades of buildings.

Today, all over the world, at least one-quarter of perlite production in excess of 2 million tonnes is reflected in construction field.

WHAT IS SIVAPER?

SIVAPER is insulating perlite based dry mix products specially developed for thermal insulation, fire proofing, sound reducing and natural insulation.

WHY WE USE SIVAPER?

SIVAPER ON THE EXTERIOR WALLS

- SIVAPER S51 Sprinkle plaster used to get better adhesion on surfaces (before applying perlite plasters on concrete, aac block and risky surfaces).

- SIVAPER S01, SIVAPER S10 and MANTOPER Perlite plasters are used on exterior surfaces which are also water repellent.

- SIVAPER S55 Primer is used before SIVAPER finishing plasters are applied.

- SIVAPER S41 and SIVAPER S42 Finishing plasters are used on SIVAPER exterior perlite plasters to finish the application.

SIVAPER ON THE INTERIOR WALLS

- SIVAPER S51 Sprinkle plaster used to get better adhesion on surfaces (before applying perlite plasters on concrete, aac block and risky surfaces).

- SIVAPER S02 and SIVAPER S04 Perlite plasters are used on interior surfaces.

- SIVAPER S55 Primer is used before SIVAPER finishing plasters are applied.

- SIVAPER S42 Finishing plaster is used on SIVAPER interior perlite plasters to finish the application.

SIVAPER ON THE FLOORINGS

- SIVAPER S03, SIVAPER S05 or SIVAPER S07 perlite screeds are used on concrete of the flooring or on existing old screeds of the buildings.

- Tile, wooden coatings or similar coatings can be applied on SIVAPER screeds.

SIVAPER ON THE OPEN ROOFS, TERRACES, OPEN AREAS

- SIVAPER S03, SIVAPER S05 or SIVAPER S07 perlite screeds are used on concrete of the flooring or on existing old screeds of the buildings.

- SIVAPER S56 Screed primer is used on dried SIVAPER perlite screeds before water proofing products are applied.

- SIVAPER S21 Flexible waterproofing is applied on SIVAPER perlite screeds in order to get water proofing with thermal insulation.

- Tile, granite or similar coatings are applied on SIVAPER waterproofing product.
