The Catchfan for example offers a very effective solution for maintaining safety when working at height. PERSONAL PROTECTION

Our range of personal protection products compliment each other to prevent falls from height. These include harnesses, slings and arrester blocks that work seamlessly

CASE STUDY: Allianz Riviera, Nice

The Odeon Tower is a skyscraper towering above the Principality of Monaco on the Mediterranean Cote d’Azur, offering some of the continents most sought after real estate. Designed by Italian architect Alexandre Giraldi and constructed by Vinci, France the building is home to 259 residences, 10 levels of parking, retail and business space including a wellness centre. TAMMET Systems was the chosen supplier for edge protection providing its barrier system complete with a customised Postedge solution across the buildings 49 floors. TAMMET Systems is proud to have been selected by VINCI, France on this prestigious project.

CASE STUDY: Odeon Tower, Monaco

The Allianz Riviera, a purpose built multi-use stadium in Nice, France plays home to the city’s football team OGC Nice and is an impressive addition to France’s stadia. Soon to be showcased in UEFA’s Euro 2016 tournament, the stadium has a capacity of 35,000 and was constructed by VINCI.

TAMMET Systems satisfied the requirement for edge protection on multiple levels, around the entire site with provision of its barrier system.

CASE STUDY: Barwa Financial District, Qatar

The Barwa Financial District located in Doha’s West Bay Commercial District is a modern development consisting of 9 high rise office towers, a retail shopping centre and parking for 5,000 vehicles.

Bouygues Construction was appointed the main contractor who awarded the contract to supply edge protection to TAMMET Systems who in turn provided in excess of 10,000 barriers, posts and associated attachments.

Our quality Barrier System products used on this project offered European standard protection throughout the development site, providing market leading edge protection to the workforce.

Costing over £1.3billion, Barwa Financial District was a project that started in 2009 later completed on schedule in late 2013. In 2009, the Barwa Real Estate Company appointed Bouygues Construction as the main contractor for the 695,000 m2 Barwa Financial District.

CASE STUDY: 20 Fenchurch Street

London’s fifth tallest building, 20 Fenchurch Street nicknamed the Walkie-Talkie, has positively complimented the new Post Modernist skyline of the capital.

TAMMET Systems Catchfan was the chosen solution by contractor Archbell Greenwood who erected it around the building perimeter to provide an extremely safe containment solution. This ensured the personal safety of the sites workforce during construction and simultaneously protected the public below from any potential falling debris.

The Catchfan with its range of sizes and attachments is capable of providing a smart, effective containment solution for all high rise building projects, irrespective of size or shape.

TAMMET Systems is proud to be associated with having provided site safety on this project and having contributed towards the changing face of London’s cityscape through bringing safety, our number one priority to the latest building design projects.

In the shadow of the world iconic Tower Bridge, is the prime residential site of Number One, Tower Bridge, London. Commanding stunning views of the river Thames this development comprises almost 400 apartments spread across 9 blocks ranging from 5 to 20 storeys high.

Contractor A J Morrisroe appointed by Berkeley Homes engaged the services of TAMMET Systems to provide its Catchfan across the 12,500 square metres to provide a first class containment solution to protect its workforce and London’s general public on the streets below.

This product provided the main contractor the required assurances by exceeding industry requirements for site safety being capable of arresting and containing falling persons and debris. This solution is fast becoming the preferred industry choice to mitigate risk beyond the edge.
