1. Abrir el tapón de rosca del envase del implante en sentido antihorario.1. Open the implant threaded cap counter-clockwise.

2. El envase dispone de un opér-culo de aluminio que hay que retirar mediante una pequeña solapa.2. Remove the aluminum cap from the container by a flap.

3. Una vez retirado el opérculo, extraer el envase del implante. El tapón de plástico contiene el tornillo de cierre.3. Once the cap has been re-moved, extract the implant con-tainer. The plastic cap contains the cover screw.

4. Extraer el tapón de plástico del envase interno.4. Remove the plastic cap from the inner container.

El pilar multifunción se caracteriza por presentar una triple funcionalidad: transportador, transferidor y pilar provisional.Se presenta en estado estéril dado que se suministra acompañando al implante y al tornillo de cierre en su propio envase. Se mantiene unido al implante mediante el tornillo de retención de la prótesis que también se presenta en estado estéril.El cono protésico del pilar presenta en su interior un hexágono que tiene la funcionalidad de alojar una herramienta que permitirá:• La extracción del implante y el correspondiente pilar del envase en que se presenta al cliente.• El transporte del implante desde el envase hasta el punto de inserción mediante la llave seleccionada• La aplicación del torque requerido para la inserción del implante en el alvéolo implantario (sólo en el caso de la llave de carraca ola de contra-ángulo).

Characterized by its multiple functionality: implant holder, transfer and provisional abutment.Supplied in sterile state with the implant and cover screw within the same packaging. Connected to the implant by a prosthetic screw, which is also presented in sterile state. The upper part of the abutment has a hexagonal socket to accomodate a tool for: • Implant and abutment extraction from the container. • Implant transport from the container to the insertion point.• Applying the required torque, with a ratchet spanner or contra angle, in order to insert the implant into the bone.

Se utilizan para la fijación del implante en situaciones que por falta de espacio no pueda ser insertado mediante el pilar multifunción. Una vez extraido el pilar multifunción, se une al implante mediante el tornillo que lleva incluido.Used to fix an implant in cases where lack of space does not make possible its insertion using a multifunction abutment. Importante/ Important• Los teflones se identifican por colores en función de su fuerza retentiva:- Teflón negro: suministrado con una cofia metálica, presenta una retención suave perfecta para pruebas clínicas y de laboratorio. - Teflón blanco: presenta una retención media muy apropiada para mantenerse estable un largo periodo de tiempo. - Teflón rojo: presenta una retención fuerte, usado en aquellos casos que requieren una fijación extrema. • El intercambio de los teflones se realiza mediante el uso del destornillador MC220PB.• Retention levels are identified by coloured plastic caps depending on their retention strength: - Black plastic retainer: supplied with embedded metal cap, it has a soft retention useful for clinical or laboratory tests.- White plastic retainer: it has a medium retention, very appropriate when long-time stability is required.- Red plastic retainer: it has a strong retention, used in specific cases where extreme fixation is required.• The key for the Osscilia retainers is MC220PB.

Micro-Loc presenta cinco tipos de retenedores diferentes intercambiables codificados por colores. Los diferentes niveles de retención respecto al pilar permiten adaptar la retención de la prótesis a las necesidades particulares de cada paciente.

Micro-Loc has five different types of interchangeable colour coded retainers. The different colours denote different retentive strengths with regards to the abutment and enable different retentions of the prothesis based on patient’s requirements.
