Our approach to nutrition is healthy; we work hard to strike the balance to meet the needs of an ever charging market whilst creating a culture of healthy eating.

Bespoke Menus

Understanding the diversity of our clients is important to us with this in mind we have created a range of bespoke menus for schools. All of our menus are provided with full allergen data and promotional material.

We know that our customers enjoy participating in theme days and special events – our portfolio of exciting themed menus and promotional information, which is growing all the time. Make your theme days special by choosing from our list or we’re more than happy to create new ones especially for your school.

Food Allergens

We recognise and understand that some of our customers need to keep a careful eye on their diet. All of our menus are allergen legislation compliant and this information is always to hand in a clear user friendly format. Our staff are fully trained and experienced to provide advice and support along the way.

Catering Equipment

Good well maintained catering equipment plays an important role in the smooth running of a school kitchen.

We support statutory and best practice kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs, which can extend the equipment life, save money, protect assets and will help to avoid ‘down time’.

Event Catering

We offer a wide range of cold and hot buffets which can be tailored to suit your individual requirements and to suit all tastes and budgets. Our flexible menus are ideal for any occasion, allowing you to select the perfect combination of dishes to make your event a memorable one.

We can also host your event in our ‘Fourth Floor’ Conference Suite in the heart of West Bromwich, overlooking New Square. Our bright and recently refurbished premises are versatile enough to hold events from small meetings to conferences, accommodating up to 100 delegates in comfort.

Flexible and proactive, we’re working in partnership with schools to provide a range of services to engage customers and support the whole school day:

• Breakfast, Mid-morning and After School

• Cookery Clubs and Curriculum Activities

• Parents Evenings, Open Days and Taster Sessions

• Bespoke support to encourage wider community inclusion

• We also cater for Secondary Schools, Children Centres, Nurseries, Crèches and also provide staff catering
