The internal management system:• Is process-oriented• Shall meet the requirements in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001• Applies to all activities carried out within the SINTEF

Group• Contains requirements which are minimum• Each research division is permitted to establish its

own procedures related to areas not includes in the overall internal managemenet system or procedures which are stricter than those established centrally.

• Is accessible to all employees via the intranet, including any local supplements.

• The forum is made up of the Quality Assurance Managers from each of the research divisions/research companies, together with the Group Quality Assurance Manager. The Group QA Manager chairs the forum.

• The forum shall ensure that the internal management system is appropriate, effective, user-friendly and that it complies with relevant standards.

• The forum shall assist towards achieving best practice throughout the Group by means of experience transfer and the enhancement of skills and expertise.

• We have monthly meetings.
