INCREASED PRODUCTIONCombining par�cles of abrasive with water increases the bulk density of the abrasive, propelling it to the surface with more force to perform more work on impact. This process reduces the amount of abrasive required to complete a job with the proper surface profile, reducing cost and easing clean-up on the work site.

SUPERIOR SAFETY The AK Wet Works Industrial Dustless Wet Abrasive Blas�ng Package minimizes dust produced during the blas�ng process both from release of abrasive par�cles and from material being removed from the substrate. This ac�on greatly reduces dust created while reducing fugi�ve dust from the work surface.

SIMPLIFIED PURCHASING Our abrasive blas�ng packages include all of the necessary equipment to fully operate your abrasive blas�ng pot with air drier pack-age, including abrasive blas�ng hose, nozzle, lid screen, couplings, coupling gaskets. Abra-sive Blas�ng Pot Packages allow you to rent all essen�al abrasive blas�ng equipment in a single transac�on, reducing paperwork.

Dustless Blas�ng is an excellent tool for lead and asbestos paint abatement. Since there are strict regula�ons about how much lead and asbestos can be released into the air, tradi�onal sand blas�ng is not a good solu�on for asbestos abatement. The water in the Dustless Blas�ng process helps suppress asbestos and lead contamina�on, making containment that much easier. O�en our blas�ng equipment is used for asbestos and lead paint abatement. Considering the extremely low water consump�on, contaminated water runoff becomes a very cost efficient op�on.

Our Dustless equipment removes coa�ngs faster, suppresses airborne contami-nants, but uses 1/20th the water that conven�onal water blas�ng uses. Since the EPA requires that water runoff be contained, using 95% less water is invaluable.

Our Dustless equipment easily prepares the surface and remove coa�ngs that meet NACE and SSPC standards for the degree of cleanliness of blasted steel. This includes commercial blast, NACE 3 and SSPC-SP6; near white metal blast, NACE 2 and SSPC-SP10; and white metal blast, NACE 1 and SSPC-SP5. With ultra-low dispersal characteris�cs, AK Wet Works systems eliminate over 90 percent of airborne par�-cles and can be used almost anywhere, including confined spaces, or in loca�ons that need li�le or no containment than if you were dry blas�ng. Because our machine emits less dust than tradi�onal dry blas�ng and uses less water than halo or slurry abrasive blas�ng technologies, we save you �me and money on clean-up and containment cost.
