SIMON Network Performance Management is to provide network performance, fault management and configuration management on different vendors and sources. SIMON is able to increase the efficiency of the technical team, whether it’s engineering, planning, optimisation, capacity planning or others to solve and to forecast the upcoming event of problems that might happen to the network.

It is a common practice for engineers to analyse daily and hourly trending of the network, clusters, regions and down to cell level. KPI creation on the fly and displaying the results are very important towards troubleshooting of network issues.
